Our little challenge encompasses a great victory: an original tasting menu comprised entirely of vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.

This menu is designed to offer a great culinary experience to anyone who for whatever reason has eliminated some foods from their diet, such as vegetarians and anyone allergic or intolerant to gluten.
